Lance Phillips started out his real estate career in 1983 with a company called Western Realty, which was eventually taken over by Canada Trust after his departure. He then moved over to Prudential Sussex Realty in the Dundarave office and when offered the opportunity to open and manage the new Macdonald Realty office in West Vancouver, embraced the challenge of helping create a new office and recruiting close to 70 salespeople. After a few years of learning the management side of the real estate profession, Lance Phillips chose to get back in the game and start selling again. He missed the interaction with clients and negotiating on their behalf.
